Group of disability
Disability group — disability groups I, II or III established for citizens before March 1, 2023, or the category "disabled child" in accordance with legislation in force as of September 30, 2022, on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Zaporizhzhia region, Kherson region or Ukraine, are considered equivalent to disability groups I, II and III, and the category "disabled child" established by legislation of the Russian Federation1.
