Emission and Discharge Limits


Emission and discharge limits — in cases where it is impossible to comply with the permissible emission standards and permissible discharge standards, emission limits for pollutants and discharge limits for pollutants (hereinafter referred to as emission and discharge limits) are established, which apply during the implementation of pollution reduction plans for emissions of pollutants and pollution reduction plans for discharges of pollutants (hereinafter referred to as pollution reduction plans for emissions and discharges), taking into account the phased achievement of the permissible emission standards and permissible discharge standards1.
