Framework Agreement

A framework agreement is an agreement that defines the general terms of the obligational relations between the parties, which may be further specified and clarified by the parties through the conclusion of separate agreements, submission of applications by one of the parties, or in any other manner based on or in fulfillment of the framework agreement¹.

A framework agreement — general terms of the obligational relations between the parties (hereinafter referred to as a framework agreement) must be defined, which are further specified by the parties in separate agreements concluded through the provision of forex dealer quotations and submission of applications by the aforementioned individuals based on and in fulfillment of the framework agreement (ceased to be effective as of 2019-06-17)².
