Partnership on faith
A partnership on faith (commandite partnership) is recognized as a partnership in which, alongside participants who conduct business activities on behalf of the partnership and are liable for the partnership's obligations with their own property (full partners), there is one or several investor participants (commanditists) who bear the risk of losses associated with the partnership's activities within the limits of the amounts of their contributions and do not participate in conducting the partnership's business activities (ceased to be in force as of 2019-03-18)1.
