Shareholders' Agreement
An agreement on the formation of a joint-stock company is an agreement that determines the procedure for their joint activities in establishing the company, the size of the company's charter capital, categories of shares issued and the procedure for their placement, as well as other conditions provided by the law on joint-stock companies. An agreement on the formation of a joint-stock company must be concluded in writing (ceased to be effective from 2019-03-18)1.
