Intestate Estate
Escheated property - the property of a deceased person is considered escheated (ceased to be in force on 2019-03-18)1.
Escheated property - in the form of a residential premises located within the territory of the Russian Federation, if a certificate of right to inheritance for this residential premises has not been issued before the date of entry into force of this Federal law2.
