Cleaned wagons

2. Clean wagons and containers (excluding tank cars and hopper half-wagons) are considered to be cleaned if all residues or accumulations of cargo inside and outside the wagon bodies and in (on) the containers, as well as on the running gear parts of the wagons (beams, bogies, manhole covers) and between-wagon couplings have been removed after unloading the cargo, except for non-removable and removable wagon equipment which is not handed over together with the cargo.

Tank cars and hopper half-wagons are considered to be clean provided that there are no residues of cargo on the internal and external surfaces of the boilers or hoppers.
