Fatherhood
Fatherhood — the origin of a child from a specific person (fatherhood) is established in court proceedings upon the application of one of the parents, guardian (custodian) of the child, or upon the application of a person who maintains the child, as well as upon the application of the child himself upon reaching majority. At the same time, the court takes into account any evidence reliably confirming the origin of the child from a specific person1.
