Requirements for airworthiness and environmental protection

Airworthiness requirements and environmental protection requirements are established by airworthiness standards approved by the federal executive authority responsible for providing state services and managing state property in the field of air transport (civil aviation), and are mandatory for application by federal executive authorities, as well as legal and physical entities participating in the development, testing, serial production, acceptance, operation, repair, and technical maintenance of unmanned aerial systems and (or) their components, civil aircraft, aircraft engines, and propellers. The aforementioned airworthiness standards are not subject to state registration1.
