Airplane Charter Agreement
Aircraft Charter Agreement — under an aircraft charter agreement (air charter), one party (charterer) is obliged to provide another party (lessee) for a fee, for the performance of one or several flights, one or several aircraft or part of an aircraft for air transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo or mail1.
