Lease Agreement for an Aircraft with Crew
Aircraft lease with crew — (hereinafter in this article — aircraft lease with crew) one party (lessor) for a fee and for a specified period provides another party (lessee) with the use of a civil aircraft, as well as provides services of the crew members of the civil aircraft to carry out air transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo, and mail1.
