Long-term contract for remunerated service of ship passage and other services
A long-term contract for the remunerative provision of services related to the navigation of a vessel and other services — a contract in which the term of the contract, the list of services provided, the order of payment for each service included in the aforementioned list, the obligation of the performer to ensure the readiness of icebreaker fleet vessels to provide services related to the navigation of a vessel and other services throughout the entire duration of the contract, the liability of the parties for non-performance or improper performance of obligations, as well as other conditions for providing such services determined at the discretion of the parties by agreement1.
