Raids


Raid — a water area of inland waterways located outside the boundaries of the port's waters, marked by navigational signs or otherwise, and intended for mooring vessels waiting to pass through ship locks, ship lifts, and sections of inland waterways where vessel movement is regulated by dispatching1.
