A material breach of the terms of the agreement on conducting activities within a special economic zone — a material breach by a resident of the terms of the agreement on conducting activities within a special economic zone is considered to be one of the material breaches of the terms of the agreement on conducting activities within a special economic zone, specified in paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 of part 3 of Article 15 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2014, No. 473-FZ "On Special Economic Zones in the Russian Federation"¹.
