A material breach of the terms of the agreement on conducting activities within the territory of the Vladivostok Free Port — a material breach by a resident of the terms of the agreement on conducting activities within the territory of the Vladivostok Free Port is understood as one of the material breaches of the terms of the agreement on conducting activities within the territory of the Vladivostok Free Port, listed in part 3 of article 13 of the Federal Law dated July 13, 2015 No. 212-FZ "On the Vladivostok Free Port"¹.
