Foreign Digital Rights
Foreign digital rights — obligations and other rights, the issuance, registration, and circulation of which are carried out in an information system organized not in accordance with Russian law, except for foreign securities that, according to the personal law of the person liable under them, are classified as securities (ceased to be effective as of 2026-09-01)1.
