Federal Territory Sirius
Sirius Federal Territory — a public-law entity of national strategic importance, in which, in accordance with this Federal Law, special features of the organization of public authority and the conduct of economic and other activities are established in order to ensure comprehensive sustainable socio-economic and innovative development of the territory, increase its investment attractiveness, preserve the Olympic sports, cultural and natural heritage, create favorable conditions for the identification, self-realization and development of talents, and implement the priorities of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation1.
