Biological threat
Biological threat — the presence of potentially hazardous biological objects, as well as the presence of internal (located on the territory of the Russian Federation) and external (located outside the territory of the Russian Federation) dangerous biological factors capable of leading to the emergence and (or) spread of diseases with the development of epidemics, epizootics, epiphytotics, mass poisonings, exceeding the permissible level of biological risk1;
