Biological Threat Response Plan
Biological threat response plan — order of actions by federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, and local self-government bodies in the event of biological threats (hazards), including the adoption of administrative, organizational-technical, and other measures to ensure preparedness for such threats (hazards) and responding to them, as well as maintaining an acceptable level of biological risk1.
