Federal level response — by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation when eliminating an emergency situation using the forces and means of executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, (ceased to be in force as of 2019-08-04)1.
Federal level response — by the decision of the Governmental Commission for Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations and Ensuring Fire Safety (by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation in the case provided for in subitem "a" of paragraph 2 of this article) when an emergency situation of federal or interregional character occurs and forces and means of federal executive authorities and state corporations and (or) forces and means of executive bodies of two or more subjects of the Russian Federation located in the area of the emergency situation are involved in its elimination2.
