The Limit of the Russian Federation's Government External Borrowings
The maximum size of the Russian Federation's state external borrowings is an annual amount approved in the form of a federal law, representing the maximum volume of use of loans (borrowings) specified in Article 1 of this Federal Law for the upcoming financial year1.
