Audit Conclusion

The audit conclusion is an official document intended for members of the cooperative, members of the cooperative union, and other users of the cooperative's, cooperative union's accounting (financial) statements. It contains an opinion expressed in a prescribed format by the audit union regarding the accuracy of the cooperative's, cooperative union's accounting (financial) statements, compliance with the procedures followed by the cooperative and the cooperative union for maintaining accounting records with Russian Federation legislation, adherence by the management bodies of the cooperative and the management bodies of the cooperative union to provisions of their charters and Russian Federation legislation, as well as information on identified violations that may result in deterioration of the financial and economic performance of the cooperative or the cooperative union or their insolvency (bankruptcy)1.
