Statement on the Entry of Information Regarding a Non-Commercial Organization into the State Register of Self-Regulatory Organizations of Auditing Unions of Agricultural Cooperatives
Statement on the entry of information regarding a non-profit organization into the state register of self-regulating organizations of audit associations of agricultural cooperatives - legal entities, submitted on paper medium or sent in the form of an electronic document signed by the non-profit organization using an enhanced qualified electronic signature or signed by a physical person acting on behalf of the non-profit organization pursuant to a power of attorney, enhanced qualified electronic signature or enhanced unqualified electronic signature, the certificate of the verification key of which is created and used in the infrastructure ensuring information and technological interaction of information systems used for providing state and municipal services in electronic form, in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation, provided that the physical person interacts with such infrastructure using procedures that have undergone an evaluation process in accordance with established procedures compliance with information protection measures1.
