Organs of the Public Chamber
1. Members of the Public Chamber elect the Public Chamber's Council, the Secretary of the Public Chamber and the Deputy Secretaries of the Public Chamber at the first plenary session. The Public Chamber's Council is a standing body of the Public Chamber.

2. The Public Chamber has the right to establish committees and working groups of the Public Chamber.
3. Members of the Public Chamber are included in the composition of the Public Chamber's committees. Members of the Public Chamber, representatives of public organizations and other citizens involved in the work of the Public Chamber may be included in the composition of the Public Chamber's working groups.
