Spirit-containing medicinal products — registered by the authorized federal executive authority and included in the state register of medicinal products, excluding the production, circulation, and (or) use for own needs of pharmaceutical substance ethyl alcohol (ethanol), as well as excluding the production, manufacturing, procurement, delivery, storage, and (or) transportation of spirit-containing medicinal products1.
