State supervision over compliance with mandatory requirements in the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and spirit-containing products - activities of an authorized executive authority body aimed at preventing, detecting and halting violations of mandatory requirements by organizations engaged in the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and spirit-containing products, peasant (farm) households, individual entrepreneurs, their authorized representatives through organizing and conducting inspections of them, taking measures provided for by Russian Federation legislation to halt, prevent detected violations and (or) eliminate their consequences, and activities of the aforementioned authorized state authority body in systematic monitoring of compliance with mandatory requirements, analysis and forecasting of the status of compliance with mandatory requirements when carried out by organizations, peasant (farm) households, individual entrepreneurs, by their business activities (ceased to be in force as of 2019-05-01)1.
