List of persons with unsatisfactory business reputation
List of individuals with an unsatisfactory business reputation — a list of physical persons who, in accordance with the provisions of this Federal law, are prohibited from being controlling persons of an organization, members of a collegial management body (supervisory or other board), collegial executive body, or from performing the functions of a sole executive body or chief accountant in organizations holding a license for the production of ethanol for pharmaceutical use, for the production, storage, and supply of produced ethanol (excluding ethanol produced from non-food plant-based raw materials, wine, grape, fruit, brandy, calvados, rum, and winemaking products distillates), or for the production, storage, and supply of produced alcoholic products classified as spirit drinks (excluding winemaking products), with information about these physical persons1.
