Self-regulating organization of grape growers and winemakers

A self-regulating organization of grape growers and winemakers is a non-profit organization based on membership, which meets, unless otherwise provided by this Federal Law, the requirements set forth for self-regulating organizations by the Federal Law of December 1, 2007 No. 315-FZ "On Self-Regulating Organizations," and brings together within its structure organizations engaged in the production and circulation of winemaking products, and (or) agricultural producers (ceased to be effective as of May 1, 2019)¹.

A self-regulating organization of grape growers and winemakers is a non-profit organization based on membership, which meets, unless otherwise provided by this Federal Law, the requirements set for self-regulating organizations by the Federal Law of December 1, 2007, No. 315-FZ "On Self-Regulating Organizations," and brings together within its structure organizations engaged in the production and circulation of winemaking products, and (or) agricultural producers².

A self-regulating organization of grape growers and winemakers obtains the status of a self-regulating organization of grape growers and winemakers from the date on which information about it is entered into the state register of self-regulating organizations, provided that at least thirty organizations engaged in the production and circulation of wine products, and (or) agricultural producers are united as members of a non-profit organization³.
