Produced goods in the product sharing agreement
produced goods - the quantity of mining industry products and quarrying products contained in the actually extracted (recovered) from the subsoil (waste, losses) mineral raw materials (rock, liquid and other mixtures), which first meets the quality requirements of the national standard, regional standard, international standard, and in the case where such standards are not available for a particular extracted mineral - the organization's standard, extracted by the investor during the performance of works under an agreement, reduced by the amount of technological losses within established norms. When performing agreements that apply the product sharing procedure established in paragraph 2 of article 8 of the Federal Law "On Product Sharing Agreements", the state's share in the total volume of produced goods is no less than 32 percent of the total quantity of produced goods;
