Informational signs and markings

Informational inscriptions and designations — containing information about the Great Patriotic War memorial (hereinafter referred to as informational inscriptions and designations). Informational inscriptions and designations should include a historical note containing information about events in honor of which the Great Patriotic War memorials were established, information about the feat of those who perished while defending the Fatherland, and other information (including historical documents and photographic materials). Informational inscriptions and designations may also include graphical identifiers — QR codes, through which access is provided to informational resources in the information and telecommunication network "Internet," containing a historical note, video materials, and other materials about events that took place and about the mentioned persons1.
