Replacement of Material Values of the State Reserve
Replacement of material assets of the state reserve — issuance of material assets from the state reserve accompanied by the simultaneous placement into it an equivalent quantity of similar or other identical material assets due to changes in mandatory requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, the legislation of the Russian Federation on ensuring the unity of measurements, other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, technical documentation (design and technological), software documentation and (or) a state contract, as well as requirements established by standardization documents adopted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on standardization1.
