Full state guarantee and additional guarantees for social support when obtaining professional education and/or undergoing professional training
Full state support and additional guarantees for social assistance when receiving professional education and (or) undergoing professional training - provision of children who have lost both parents or the sole parent, students studying on a full-time basis under basic professional educational programs at the expense of the respective budgets of the Russian Federation budget system and (or) under professional training programs for workers' professions and positions of employees at the expense of the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation or local budgets, free meals, free set of clothing, footwear and soft furnishings or reimbursement of their full cost, provision of housing in accordance with the procedure provided by Federal Law No. 273-FZ dated December 29, 2012 "On Education in the Russian Federation", legally established additional measures including social protection of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, persons who lost both parents or the sole parent during their education, and the provision of free medical care until the completion of studies under the aforementioned educational programs1.
