Organization of special postal communication by the federal executive authority responsible for managing activities in the field of postal services — to protect mailings of special postal communication containing information and items relating to state secrets, precious metals and stones, products made from them, Russian Federation currency and foreign currency, weapons, cartridges for them, main parts of firearms, ammunition, military equipment, military hardware, explosives and explosive devices, narcotics, psychotropic substances and their precursors, counterfeit-proof printing products, cultural values, during the transportation (carriage) of such mailings, as well as to protect objects of special postal communication organization intended for storing such mailings1.
