Venture and (or) direct financing of an innovative project
Venture and (or) direct financing of an innovative project — financial support for an innovative project through funds of the Russian Federation budget system and other sources provided for or not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, carried out by the institution of innovative development, other organizations and funds, and individuals through participation in the charter (paid-in) capital of commercial organizations, acquisition of rights related to such participation, purchase of investment units of mutual investment funds, participation in funds, participation in investment partnership agreements, participation in other forms of collective investments based on the principles of joint investment of monetary funds within a common investment strategy (policy) and joint participation with other investors in the distribution of profits and losses from investing, granting loans, other debt instruments (including those with conditions for their conversion, offsetting and (or) novation), issuance of guarantees and sureties, provision of grants, credits and (or) the use of other forms of capital investment not conflicting with the legislation of the Russian Federation1.
