Execution of the client's mandate - a natural person to perform transactions

The performance of a client's mandate — by an individual — to conduct transactions does not require testing, if obligations arising from such transactions in relation to securities can be fully terminated through netting when clearing or offsetting homogeneous counterclaims from transactions previously conducted on behalf of this client. At the same time, the aforementioned obligations from previously concluded transactions may be partially terminated1.
