Statement of Will
A declaration message is a message containing the expression of will by a person exercising rights under securities (hereinafter also referred to as a declaration message). A declaration message must also include information enabling the identification of the person exercising rights under securities, information enabling the identification of the securities in respect of which the rights are exercised, the number of securities belonging to such person, and the international organization identification code of the entity maintaining records of the rights on securities of this person (ceased to be effective as of 2019-06-17)1.
A declaration message — a message containing the expression of will of a person exercising rights under securities, information allowing to identify the person exercising rights under securities, information allowing to identify the securities for which rights are exercised, the quantity of securities belonging to such a person, and the international organization identification code responsible for keeping records of the rights on securities of this person2.
