Shareholder, owner of a certain type of preferred share

A shareholder who owns a certain type of preferred shares — holders of a certain type of preferred shares, the dividend rate for which is determined in the company's charter, except for shareholders holding cumulative preferred shares, have the right to vote at general meetings of shareholders on all matters within their competence, starting from the meeting or ballot that follows the annual general meeting of shareholders, at which regardless of the reasons no decision was made to pay dividends or a decision was made to pay dividends in part. The voting rights of shareholders holding such preferred shares cease from the moment of the first full payment of dividends on these shares1.
