Bilingualism (bilingualism)
Bilingualism (bilinguism) - in the context of national educational policy of the Russian Federation - is national-Russian, Russian-national. It is considered as the ability to use two languages (Russian and non-Russian) at individual and group levels. Official bilingualism implies state support for the functioning of two languages in the governmental and public spheres, including education as languages of teaching and learning. Methodologically, the formation of bilingualism in educational institutions implementing general education programs implies interaction between two languages: national-Russian bilingualism - studying the Russian language with the support of native (non-Russian), Russian-national - studying non-Russian language with the support of Russian
