Investment costs (expenses)
Investment costs (expenses) — expenses and expenditures (costs) of the lessor related to the acquisition and use of the leased asset by the lessee, including: the cost of the leased asset; property tax; transportation and installation costs... other expenses without which normal use of the leased asset is impossible (ceased to be in force as of 2002-01-29)1.
