Unified Federal Register of Information on Facts of Activities of Legal Entities - information regarding the date of preparation and sequential number of the appraisal report on the object of appraisal, the basis for the appraiser to conduct the appraisal of the object of appraisal, information about the appraiser (surname, name and (if applicable) patronymic), identifying data of the appraiser (insurance number of the individual account of the appraiser in the mandatory pension insurance system, identification number taxpayer (if such a number is available), information about the appraiser's membership in a self-regulating organization of appraisers, an accurate description of the appraisal object in accordance with the appraisal report on the appraisal object, the date of determining the value of the appraisal object, the market value of the appraisal object determined by the appraiser, information regarding the expert opinion on the appraisal report (date of preparation, sequential number, information about the expert or experts (surname, name and (if available) patronymic), identifying data of the expert (insurance number individual the appraiser's personal account in the mandatory pension insurance system, taxpayer identification number (if such a number is available), information regarding membership of the expert or experts in a self-regulating organization of appraisers, results of the appraisal, and with respect to an object of appraisal belonging to a legal entity, details of the legal entity and the book value of this appraisal object, other information provided for by federal law or federal appraisal standards (ceased to be effective as of 2019-10-01)¹.
