Report appraisal
Report review — actions carried out by an expert or experts of a self-regulating organization of appraisers aimed at forming an opinion of the expert or experts regarding the report signed by the appraiser or appraisers, on compliance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation on appraisal activities (including the requirements of this Federal law, federal appraisal standards and other acts of the authorized federal body performing functions in the area of normative legal regulation of appraisal activities), and in the case of a review of a report on determining the market value of an appraised object also regarding confirmation of the market value of the appraised object determined by the appraiser in the report (ceased to be effective as of 2019-10-01)1.
Report review — for the purposes of this Federal Law, report review means actions carried out by an expert or experts of a self-regulating organization of appraisers aimed at forming an opinion of the expert or experts regarding the report signed by the appraiser or appraisers on compliance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation on appraisal activities (including the requirements of this Federal Law, federal appraisal standards and other acts of the authorized federal body responsible for normative legal regulation of appraisal activities), and in the case of a review of a report on determining the market value of an appraised object, also regarding confirmation of the market value of the appraised object determined by the appraiser in the report2.
