Applicants

Applicants are legal entities, individuals in cases where the results of determining the cadastral value affect the rights and obligations of these persons, and state authorities, local self-government bodies with respect to real estate owned by the state or municipal property (hereinafter also referred to as applicants) (ceased to be effective from 2019-10-01)1.
