Inactive yeast


Inactive yeasts obtained by drying are typically beer, spirit, or baking yeasts that have become insufficiently active for further industrial use. They are used as food (a source of B-vitamin group) or for animal feed. It should be noted that due to their increasingly significant role, dry yeasts are being produced more and more directly from specially prepared active yeasts
