Insurance Cases
Insurance events - death (loss of life) of the insured person during service in the armed forces, service, or military conscription;
death of the insured person within one year after discharge from the armed forces, service, or release from military conscription or completion of military conscription as a result of injury (wound, trauma, concussion) or illness incurred during service in the armed forces, service, or military conscription;
determination of disability for the insured person during service in the armed forces, service, or military conscription;
determination of disability for the insured person within one year after discharge from the armed forces, service, or release from military conscription or completion of military conscription as a result of injury (wound, trauma, concussion) or illness incurred during service in the armed forces, service, or military conscription;
incurrence by the insured person during service in the armed forces, service, or military conscription of an injury (wound, trauma, concussion);
discharge of a conscripted military serviceman from military service, removal of a citizen called up for military training from military training for the position of military rank provided by the establishment of the military unit up to and including senior (chief ship senior) inclusive, from military training due to being deemed unfit or limited in fitness for military service by the medical board as a result of injury (wound, trauma, concussion) or illness incurred during the period of military service or military training1.
Insurance cases — reaching retirement age, occurrence of disability, loss of breadwinner, illness, injury, work-related accident or occupational disease, pregnancy and childbirth, birth of a child (children), care for a child under one and a half years old and other cases established by federal laws on specific types of compulsory social insurance2.
