Products that are particularly dangerous in terms of the preparation and (or) commissioning of terrorist acts — technical devices or toxic, poisonous, explosive, radioactive, or other substances that, if used in the preparation and (or) commissioning of terrorist acts, create a real threat to human life or health, cause significant property damage, or result in other serious consequences, including consequences comparable to those resulting from the use of weapons of mass destruction. Only objects of civil rights that are subject to restrictions on circulation under Russian Federation legislation or obtained as a result of scientific and technical, production, or other economic activities requiring a special permit (license) may be classified as such products¹;
