License-Free Export Regime for Certain Controlled Goods
Licence-free export regime for certain types of controlled goods - a form of foreign economic activity, under which the issuance of licenses provided for by this Federal Law is not required for the export from the Russian Federation of a specific group or nomenclature of controlled goods of Russian origin1.
