Insurance Coverage
Insurance benefits — the timely receipt of insurance benefits in accordance with the order and conditions established by federal laws on specific types of mandatory social insurance1.
Insurance benefits — the performance by the insurer, and in certain cases provided for by this Federal Law, by the insured party of their obligations to the insured person upon occurrence of an insurance event through the payment of benefits established by this Federal Law (ceased to be in force as of 2018-12-27)2;
