Militia employee - in the Russian Federation are citizens of the Russian Federation who hold positions in the rank or officer corps of internal affairs agencies, to whom special ranks of the militia rank or officer corps have been assigned in accordance with established procedures¹.

Militia employee - have the right to free medical care, including the manufacture and repair of dental prostheses (excluding prostheses made of precious metals and other expensive materials), free provision of medicines and other medical equipment according to doctors' prescriptions in medical institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (ceased to be in force as of 2004-12-29)².
