License issued by a state authority
A license issued by a state authority — licenses issued by the state authority designated by the legislation of the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation, and valid within the territory of this subject of the Russian Federation or also on the territories of other subjects of the Russian Federation with which this subject of the Russian Federation issuing the licenses has appropriate agreements1.
