Initiator of goods removal
The initiator of the goods removal - for the purposes of this provision, the term "initiator of the goods removal" refers to any of the following persons:
the sender of the goods, whose details are indicated in the transport (carriage) documents or in the postal documents, if the goods are sent by mail;
the person who was the owner of the goods at the time of concluding the transaction under which the removal of the goods from the territory of the Special Economic Zone is carried out, provided that such a person is not the sender according to the transport (carriage) documents;
a physical person carrying goods in checked baggage, if the goods are transported in personal baggage without commercial, transport (carriage) documents1.
